Sent an inquiry to management, received no response for almost three weeks. When I was finally contacted back, I asked for a pet policy and was told my pet would be fine. When I went to fill out the paperwork, they said they were under new management and would no longer allow my dog. The manager was very rude and had a really bad attitude. Very poor customer service, incredibly disappointing. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

Terrible experience here. Management posts office hours, but are rarely in the office or available. Phone calls and emails linger for weeks without response, and then the manager lady is rude and lazy. Very disappointed with this experience.
