My son and went looking for a better car on a "wing and a prayer". The first place we went offered us a 2013 car with 20,000 miles on it. We declined and went to Don Ledford. We were met by Brian and showed him the pre-owned car we wanted. We got the paper work started and just as I thought we were finished Brian asked if he could show us something. He showed us a 2018 model of the car we wanted and said we were approved to get it. Thanks to Brian and Jessie, we now have a NEW CAR!!!

sales people were very nice. overall nice experience during sale. after sale a different story. its been over a month and my trade in has not been paid off. I'm getting constant phone calls and emails from credit union. I now have late fees and collection fees added to my account. no one will answer my calls at dealership.
