DO NOT USE ANIMAL CLINIC? THEY WOULD RATHER LOSE CLIENTS THAN CORRECT A MISTAKE. Animal clinic wants to lose customers. I never complain on social media but I dropped my dog off to only be groomed Monday but when I went to pick him up they had took upon their selves to give him $50 in vaccinations in which he had in February at animal aid. No one asked or called me about him getting or having vaccinations. With that being said I was told I had to pay or I couldn't get my dog but They would talk to Dr workman. They had a few days and called and said they will NOT REFUND me the cost. They would rather lose clients then credit $50. I have spent lots of money there over the years. With that being said I am looking for a new groomer and somewhere to bored him when on vacation. I am hope this would discourage anyone from using them and go somewhere else.
Customer service is second to none. The staff and Vets are great. They have really taken great care of my German Shepherd. I can also say that their fees are very reasonable. I have also used them for boarding and was very pleased.
Great group of people. Always busy but ready to help. Hours make it easy to get in without having to take off work.
While I admit I no longer go here or anywhere else as often as I know I should. These guys treat me and my pets like family, I have used them for long term boarding and short term boarding. I have used them for exams and shots and one of my dogs had minor cosmetic surgery here. In every instance the experience has exceeded expectations and this is the only vet I feel absolutely comfortable leaving my furry friends with. Of course on occasion we have had a miscommunication or misunderstanding, but they are always willing to work it out, they do not let you down. Thank you.
