Garbage visible in empty lots, lawn is in terrible condition (they don't maintain it) ..don't seem to maintain anything for that matter.
My family and I have stayed here 3 times and each has been pleasant. Very convenient location - right off the interstate and within walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores/gas stations. Nicely shaded sites, decent prices, friendly people. We will keep staying here for our family travels.
It is nice and quiet. You can also fish.

My family and I have been living here for over two years now. The staff is absolutely wonderful. The owner makes sure that the tenants needs are met (last summer our a/c unit went out and I got a new one almost immediately). A beautiful Creek runs at the back of the park. There is a great laundry mat attached to the main building and it has a/c! A great place for families, there is a park directly next door. Family and pet friendly. Never really had issues with any other tenants or the wonderful staff!
Pool is closed permanently, Internet at office or laundry room only. Lots are very tiny and are weeds & rocks.
