Waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes. No one even at the window working. Unacceptable.
The girls that I met in the Athens branch seem rude and stuck up. I needed assistance while I was there and o e told me to go online. I would much rather go to the Cleveland branch much friendlier and more helpful. Otherwise I love the bank.
